The Board consists of five members. The Governor, State Treasurer, and State Auditor serve by virtue of their offices with two additional members appointed by the Governor. All board members are required to maintain extensive experience in state government and financial administration.<\/p>\n<p>Mark has been a member of First Exchange Bank\u2019s Board of Directors since 2020 and has\u00a0over 25 years of experience in community banking and financial services, serving as the President and CEO of a community bank for over 20 years.
